The GS-19 is the little bother of the G-29. It is a blade with a very short stubby look made for forceful cuts down. It is made for cutting down through bones in fish to separate the heads and tails from the rest of the fish. Particularly this size is recommended for smaller fish, like mackerel and sardines. It can also be used for separating joints on a chicken.
