Master your knife skills in premium classes, which cover everything from creating British classics, inspired by The Afternoon Tea course with Andrew Gravett.  All classes take place in the Langham dream kitchen with the very best equipment and the most stylish setting.

A cookery school where you can have fun learning the trade secrets of some of London’s finest chefs.  Choose from their ‘building block’ classes where you can master the basics such as perfecting your pastry or sharpening your knife skills, or hone more refined techniques in premium classes.

      

Classes start at £150 and host up to 12 people per session, allowing plenty of time for new delicious food memories, connecting with others, and some one on one time with Sauce’s chefs. Bespoke classes are available for groups of up to 24.
